By accessing or using Hikr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Hikr is a marketplace connecting travelers with verified outdoor activity partners.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Hikr:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the partner providing the activity
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• Hikr facilitates the transaction but is not the service provider
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

4. Partner Responsibilities

Partners on Hikr are independent contractors, not employees. Each partner is responsible for their own safety standards, permits, insurance, and compliance with local regulations. Hikr verifies partner identities but does not guarantee the quality of services.

5. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage. By booking through Hikr, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion. You should assess your own fitness level and consult medical professionals if needed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Each listing has its own cancellation policy set by the partner. Please review the cancellation terms before booking. Hikr's service fee may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of cancellation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false or misleading information
• Harass or harm other users or partners
• Circumvent Hikr's payment system
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

Hikr is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of partners or users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hikr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
