Browse our listings, select your preferred activity, choose a date, specify the number of travelers, and complete the checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but cancellation policies vary by partner. Check the specific listing for cancellation terms. Most partners offer full refunds for cancellations made 7+ days before the activity.

How are partners verified?

All partners undergo identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN). We also review their experience, certifications, and collect reviews from actual participants.

What if the weather is bad?

Partners may reschedule activities due to unsafe weather conditions. You'll be offered alternative dates or a full refund in such cases.

Is travel insurance included?

Basic coverage may be included by some partners, but we recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance separately for outdoor activities.

How do I contact my guide or host?

After booking, you can message your partner directly through the Hikr platform. Contact details are also shared in your confirmation email.
